Pork and beef stir fry

Ingredients
Sauce:
- soy sauce (10 tbsp)
- sesame oil (1 tbsp)
- brown sugar (1 tbsp)
- water (1 tbsp)
Stir fry:
- bell peppers (3)
- green onions (5)
- spinach (100 g)
- cooking oil (3 tbsp)
- garlic (4 cloves)
- pork and beef ground meat (1 kg)
Serving:
Steps:
- Stir the soy sauce (10 tbsp) with the sesame oil (1 tbsp) and brown sugar (1 tbsp), adding the water (1 tbsp), until the sugar is dissolved
- Dice the bell peppers (3)
- Slice the green onions (5)
- Mince the garlic (4 cloves)
- Heat the cooking oil (3 tbsp) in a very large skillet
- Add the ground meat (1 kg) with the garlic (4 cloves)
- Cook until the meat is done and no water is left on the bottom of the skillet (10 minutes)
- Add the bell peppers (3) and the green onions (5) to the skillet
- Cook and stir for 2 more minutes
- Add the spinach (100 g)
- Cook and stir for 2 more minutes
- Add the sauce into the skillet
- Cook and stir for 2 more minutes
- Serve with rice
